Sophie Ellis-Bextor (lahir 10 April 1979 di London) adalah seorang penyanyi asal Inggris. Musiknya tergolong jenis genre pop, indie, disko, dan elektronik 1980-an.

Sophie adalah anak dari pasangan Robin Bextor dan Janet Ellis. Keduanya cerai saat Sophie berusia empat tahun. Karier musik Sophie bermula saat ia bergabung dengan grup musik theaudience. Pada tahun 2000 — setahun setelah grup itu bubar — Sophie merilis single perdana berjudul "Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)", suatu kolaborasi dengan DJ Spiller.
